1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can use this link to monitor your package until it arrives.

5. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, most products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects or functional issues under normal use.
Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
For warranty claims, email support@dexiv.shop with your order number and product details.
6. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact support@dexiv.shop as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate changes or cancellations, but once an order is processed for shipping, changes may not be possible.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
